Windows 10: unable to update due to space i havent got.

i can't install the 1903 update as it is asking for me to clear 8Gb to enable the update. i don't have 8Gb i can free up.

i have a 29Gb drive. 16Gb is taken up with firmware and stuff i cant delete. I have 2.5Gb free. i would have to delete everything else.

The assistant said to put in a SD card which i did, but the update was still saying it needed more space to update. what can i do now?

Computer unable to update Windows 10 1607 due to lack of space

Laptop is unable to download the latest update for Windows 10 due to lack of file space. There's only around 6 GB of free space and it seems the update is about 5GB.

Is there any way to work around this? Like an update with a smaller file size, or if possible, download the update in an external hard drive?

Not able to update Windows 10 due to space problem. The C drive is SSD 64 GB only. All data files are on D drive HSD 500 GB. The update requires minimum 8GB space. Please help with how to extend C drive space or suggest any other remedy to solve this issue."
