Windows 10: Unable to update/fix "wifi 4" driver

My windows 10 laptop has suddenly disconnected itself from the internet and says I can troubleshoot and fix the problem. When I do this, it fails. I have also checked for updates to my system. It says I need one but it requires the internet. My internet works fine on my phone and doesn't seem to be the problem. It claims their are no networks available and doesn't give the option turn off the internet.

In future if you face any issues with Wireless connections, I suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card drivers and check. Follow the steps:

I would suggest you to un-install and re-install wireless card
driver and check. Follow the steps.

• Press Windows key + X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Network adaptor.

Right click on the wireless card driver and click on Un-install.

Now go to the manufacturer website of your
wireless card or computer and install the latest drivers for your
wireless card and check.

Intel /WiFi Driver Update

unable to install Intel 3165/7265/8260/8265 WiFi driver on my Dell Laptop w/Win 10 vb_release 19041, repeated failures, unable to complete this installation/update, as downloaded from Dell Support website. Any suggestions?
