Unable to disable Windows Defender

When I updated my windows 10 to version 1803 (OS Build 17134.1) I am unable to disable Windows Defender? I have Trend Micro 2018 (latest version). In windows security center it says that Windows Defender and Trend Micro are currently ON. Any suggestions?
