Windows 10: Unable to Update to Windows 10. Why?

I am using a computer that is Windows 7, and I have tried upgrading to Windows 10. It's very difficult because every time I look for upgrade help for windows 7, all the posts' links are not working. I tried installing the Media Creation Tool, but when I ran it, it said "We're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000" Why is this? The windows 7 pc meets all the specs required 1GB/2GB Ram, 16GB Storage, etc.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
