Windows 10: Unable to update to windows 11 24H2

I have been unable to update windows recently, everytime the installation blue screens invalid data access trap at 75% and reverts all progress. I have also tried doing a "repair in place" with 23H2 which resulted in the same outcome. I have tried sfc /scannow, chdsk, dism, various memory/disk checkups which didn't help the situation. I am at my wits' end with this and "clean install" is not an option as reinstalling all the CUDA/PYTHON related items would take possibly weeks for me.
