Windows 10: unable to update to windows 11 even meeting the criteria

Hi I am unable to update windows 11, it is showing unsupported processor. below are the details of my hardwarerocessor AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.00 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.55 GB usable System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Actually, I can see my processor is in the supported list below is the link:Windows Processor Requirements Microsoft DocsAny idea how to update to windows 11?

That said, I assume you found the following document that provides what little information seems to exist in the public domain? I assume you'd need to know how to manage the prevalence, age, trusted list or exclusion list items within either WD ATP or enterprise
policies in order to configure them for the rule to work.

Internet Explorer 11; Windows 10....Stopped Working

IE11; Windows 10. For the past 2 weeks when I open IE11 I get Internet Explorer has Stopped working POPUP message rendering IE 11 unusable.

I have followed suggested Fixes by "Resetting" IE11; Use Software Rendering...is NOT checked. I have tried to use "System Restore" and go back to a Restore Point prior to 2 weeks but, I get unable to restore to xx/xx/xxxx because the process cannot file iexplorer.exe.

I have tried several Restore Points...get this same result.

I cannot fine the Internet 11 Install Update to delete it as it is not in the list History\Installed Updates.

Surely there must be away to fix IE 11...I have run out of things to do...suggestions with steps will be appreciated.
