Windows 10: Unable to Update to Windows 11 Version 24H2 – Blocked by GatedBlockId 52325539

Hello,I'm currently unable to update my Windows 11 system to version 24H2. When I check for updates, it tells me my device is up to date, but I know version 24H2 has already been released. Print requests in Windows 11, version 24H2, remain stuck as “pending”

I have been unable to print since installing Windows 11, version 24H2. The print requests remain stuck in the print queue and are listed as “pending”.

Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:

0x80246019

What can I do? Thanks.
