Windows 10: Unable to update Windows 10. Cannot reset Windows.

Whenever I try to update Windows 10 I always get the error message, "Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80070003)". My current Windows version is 1809. Also, troubleshooter cannot identify the problem so I have no idea what to do.

I have tried most of the solutions and guides but without success. Servicing stack update package failed, DISM.exe restore health also fails with "system path not found", sfcscannow is no use. Moreover, something is preventing resetting Windows which seems related to the update problem and this is a nfairly new laptop(about 5 months old) and is very slow. I'm very much open to suggestions for fixing my problem/s

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
