Windows 10: Unable to update Windows 11 23H2 to Windows 11 24H2

I have a ROG Maximus Z790 Formula motherboard that I've been unable to update to Windows 11 24H2. I'm not getting a specific error message other than "This PC can't be upgraded at this time. Your PC has a driver or service that isn't ready for this version of Windows." I guess I'm a little confused about what the culprit really is. Can someone be more specific about the cause.

I am trying updating my windows 11 from Edition

Windows 11 Pro

Version 23H2

Installed on ‎19-‎06-‎2024

OS build 22631.3807

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0

to 24H2.

After download and install 100%, while system restart, it is asking for choosing the language. Upon choosing any language, it goes to troubleshoot screen for repair or reset.

I am getting error code of 0xc19001e1.

What to do ?
