Windows 10: Unable to update Windows 8.1 and received error message code 80072EE2

Hello to anyone who has Windows 8.1. I've been trying for days to update the system and not able to find out why it wont update. When I click on the error code message i get no answer. Plus sometimes if i dont shut the computer down I get the blue screen of death with a error message about nfts file not working or such. I tried searching Microsoft knowledge base to many hot fixes and instructions all im looking for is a simple easy answer if anyone has ran into this kinda error before. FAILED Windows 10 Update Error Code 80072EE2

I am attempting the upgrade to Windows10 on my HP All-in-One running Windows7 SP1.

I received the Windows Update message that my Windows10 upgrade was ready to download.

I have made two attempts to update and both ended with a message 'WINDOWS 10 COULDN'T BE INSTALLED" and the Error found :Code 80072EE2.

I have run "Microsoft Fix It" and it has NOT FIXED IT.I can find no information on the error code.

I have used the help functions am unable to find any assistance from Microsoft. Can anyone out there help?
