Windows 10: Unable to update WSL2

I am getting below error when I installhttps://wslstorestorage.blob.core.windows.net/wslblob/wsl_update_x64.msifollowing the below documentationhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual#step-4---download-the-linux-kernel-update-packagei have 64bit OS and machine as well as build is higher than specified 22000.778 Builds lower than 18362 do not support WSL 2.My system fulfils every requirement but even so it does not install my specifications are Processor AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics 2.10 GHz Installed RAM 8.00 GB 7.34 GB usable System type 64-bit ope

WSL2 for windows

I have failed into installing WSL for Windows. I have read here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win.../install-win10 how to do it, and at step 4:

1. Download the latest package:
   
   • WSL2 Linux kernel update package for x64 machines
   [COLOR=var(--text)][COLOR=var(--info-dark)] Note[/COLOR]
   If you're using an ARM64 machine, please download the ARM64 package instead. If you're not sure what kind of machine you have, open Command Prompt or PowerShell and enter: systeminfo | find "System Type".

2. Run the update package downloaded in the previous step. (Double-click to run - you will be prompted for elevated permissions, select ‘yes’ to approve this installation.)

WSL2 - Upgrade / Installation

When trying to upgrade to wsl2 I get this error:

When trying to install from scratch I get this error:

WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80070032 Error:

0x80070032 The request is not supported.

I have hyper-v, wsl, vm platform features enables and virtualization is also enabled in bios.

my windows version is: 21H2 OS Build 1904

Tried reinstalling a couple of times already, tried all available version of ubuntu (both from microsoft store and through wsl, available on wsl --list --online WSL1 is running properly but I need wsl2 to work with docker desktop

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

I don't believe you do not need Internet for using WSL2, but for updates and installing you would need the Internet.
