    Unable to update


    Hello, I have been trying to install the latest windows update, I believe to be, 2023-10-cumulative Update for Windows 11 version 22H2 for x64-based system KB5031354 and it gets to 96% each times and says it didn't go to plan. I have been trying to do this update for a couple of months and it has not resolved itself. I have restarted my computer numerois timeS and I have gone through the BIOS system and I have been on live chat twice to HP and they have directed me to yourseleves. In addition, my computer recently had malfuntioned and a blue screen had come up with the code, 'nvlddmk
