Windows 10: Unable to upgrade PowerBI after upgrading to win11 from win10

Hi,I am not able to upgrade PowerBI after upgrading to win11 from win10, one msg box shows that net framework is required, but nothing happens after I click "Accept and Install".Actually, there is the net framework on my pc, and I can upgrade PowerBI when my OS is win10.Also, I am trying to install 4.8.1 on my pc, but it failed with an error msg ".NET Framework 4.8 or a later update is already installed on this computer."PowerBI download linkNet Framework download link

Win11 upgrade not coming

If you checked again my previous replies, you can see ASUS re-installed my new notebook a even newer Win10 Home installation. After this 2nd time installation, I only did these to the toy:

1. installed chrome
   
2. changed its display brightness
   
3. changed wallpaper
   

After your previous suggestion, the 1 month temp McAfee was gone.

I can't figure out why I can't upgrade to Win11 for such a new notebook. Newer notebook will come with Win11 natively

 

Win10 to win11 upgrade fails

When trying to upgrade to win11 i get a driver update error Intel Corporation - Extension - 22.80.1.1 0x80246019. I am running the lastest intel drivers (22.130.0.2). This error only shows during the upgrade. Everything works fine. No problems with bluetooth. I can upgrade to a clean win10 version with no problem, but win11 just will not work.

SFC and DISM are ok, Memory is good, all external devices disconnected, Virus check removed........etc...etc

Win11 installation fails with different errors depending on install. Tried thru win update, with installation assistant and USB drive.

 

Upgrade Win11 Home to Pro with Win10 Pro license

I purchased a PC with Win11 Home on it.

I have on my Microsoft account a Win10 Pro license from my old PC that is not being used.

Can I use that Win10 Pro license to upgrade my new Win11 Home to Pro?
