Windows 10: Unable to upgrade to Windows 11

I have 2 Windows 10 computer, older Surface and a new last 2 years power computer. Neither one will upgrade to Windows 11. Something to do with not having/supporting TMP 2.0. I've seen some YouTube videos about correcting the problem but I'm afraid to try to follow all the steps messing around in the BIOS.I'm thinking of going to a BEST BUY and seeing if the Geek Squad would do the job for me if it if the price was reasonable. Wondering if anyone else had used the Geek Squad for this? Also a tad worried about security with using the Geek Squad. All my passwords are on the both computer

unable to upgrade to windows 11 error:0x80070002

my pc has all the software and hardware requirements to upgrade to windows 11 i also received the notification via windows update and i also used the microsoft integrity application to check compatibility but in any way i try to update installation assistant or Creating installation media o Downloading disk image (ISO) I always get the same error message I have already tried unsuccessfully to run the sfc / scannow check the check DISM.exe / Online / Cleanup-image / Restorehealth the check chkdsk / f / r uninstall kaspersky
