Unable to upgrade to windows 10 build 1903, AMD RAID Driver Error

I am currently trying to install the windows 10 1903 build update, my current version is 1803. I get the following error message, claiming that my RAID driver is outdated and needs to be updated first:

Unable to upgrade to windows 1903. Getting multiple errors that change after a reboot. [IMG]

However I have updated the appropriate driver, and restarted my computer multiple times, and still get the exact same error message when trying to update. I have even confirmed that the driver is the correct updated version, as my version is now 9.2.0.127 as can be seen here:

Unable to upgrade to windows 1903. Getting multiple errors that change after a reboot. [IMG]

According to the microsoft help for the error message: "version 9.2.0.105 and later versions of the AMD RAID drivers do not cause this issue" so the update should now be working.

I have tried deleting the contents of both:
    C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
    and
    C:\Windows\System32\catroot2
in an attempt to reset the update so that it recognizes that I have the correct driver now but nothing has worked.

I cannot figure out why I am still getting the error message, which is preventing me from updating. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Unable to upgrade to windows 10 build 1903, AMD RAID Driver Error

I followed these steps exactly, and did not get the error message this time. When the update finished installing in windows, I was prompted to reboot to finish installing. After about 5 minutes of installing the update crashed to a bluescreen windows stopcode
error: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. My computer then started to reboot, and told me it was rolling back the update progress I had made, and returned to windows.

To address the KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE I ran windows driver verifier, as well as system file checker. System file checker told me some files were repaired and then prompted me to reboot to fix remaining files that had not been fixed.

Upon reboot I entered a bootloop and was unable to enter windows. I tried windows startup recovery multiple times, as well as creating a bootable usb with the latest version of windows 10 (1903) to attempt startup recovery. Nothing worked and the bootloop
continued. I was able to enter windows using safe mode, but no other way.

I then booted from my Macrium Reflect rescue media drive, and restored my most recent system image, from 10 days ago, made with Macrium Reflect. I am now booted back into windows, albeit with my OS in the state it was 10 days prior. This means I am back
to square one, with version 1803 of windows and a pending update to version 1903 which will likely not work.

I am currently running a system file check from cmd and whave decided to switch my RAID setup from using AMD Raidxpert to windows raid. After this is complete I will remove all AMD raid drivers from my computer, and attempt the update to 1903 again.
