Windows 10: Unable to upload a memory dump to a support center thanks to administrator issues

I've fallen on a tech support rabbit hole a few months back. I tried to fix one problem with a game, which lead me to find out and troubleshoot an issue with its anticheat, then with my antivirus Bitdefender, then with the installers of said antivirus.The last thing I was due to do was upload a memory dump to Bitdefender. And creating the memory dump was no problem, but attaching the dump the supplied website to upload files to the support center has proven impossible. This happened over a month ago, and I lowkey gave up after that.I'd really like to fix all of those problems I started troub

Thank you for updating us. We suggest that you run the Memory Diagnostics Tool, this is to check your system for memory problems. Follow the steps below:

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Office Upload Center


The upload center is trying to upload 2000 + files that I never instructed or set it up to do. Saw the triangle exclamation mark, opened the center and saw the list. How do I stop this upload process? Thanks.
