    Unable to use admin privledges. Can't run cmd as admin.


    I recently got a malware program on my PC and managed to remove it, but as a result I'm still unable to have access to my Administrator privledges, control panel is blank and the power button in the start up menu is unusable. I have stressed myself out trying to fix the issue. Is there anyone that can help resolve my problems?


    Note: I tried reinstalling Windows but got to the point the PC was going to auto-restart and it got an error with no message code.

    admin password?

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

    Run and CMD disabled by admin

    At my school, Run, CMD, and many programs and websites are blocked and I want to start off by unblocking Run and CMD. When I Open Run, it says an error that it is blocked by admin and same for CMD, just in the CMD window. Can someone please help. I have
    access to notepad, but don't have admin access.
