Windows 10: Unable to use any MS services requiring connectivity

Discus and support Unable to use any MS services requiring connectivity in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I'm reposting this query from Edge, since the problem is far more than just Edge.     Unable to use any MS services requiring connectivity


    I'm reposting this query from Edge, since the problem is far more than just Edge. No MS services requiring connectivity are working for last 2-3 weeks except internet explorer.Edge gives err_connection_refused/aborted , One Drive will not connect after entering email, Skype will not connect. Outlook 2019 works but that is a different authentication I believe. All other net services Mozilla, Chrome. are fine. All MS service work fine from web or from Android phone. Various things that have not worked, other than basic steps, include: updating to windows 11, running SFC scannow, using another
