    Im having problems with my Anti virus link. It tells me to update at MSStore which I did. Update successful. Tired 7-8 times would not improve no matter what I did. Tried to download a free AV from another provider in the meantime, had to go through the same process. Tried downloading MSSInstall Helper, didnt help. I need an AV on my computer. I have got no help from AV company. I cant get ahold of them. Any suggestions...

    Unable to uninstall GuardCat AV

    I find the program called GuardCat AV but it's not listed under Settings-Apps so I'm unable to uninstall.

    I also tried deleting from PC-Windows(Cunable to use AV link...keeps telling me to update and go to store. Did that. ChangedAV... :)-Program Files(x86) - GuardCat AV and tried to delete GuardCat AV but unable to delete. It wont complete deleting. Could you please let me know how I can uninstall unwanted software? Thank you.

    Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates.

    Unable to download from MS Store or get Updates. I have followed so many suggestions. Services, WSReset.exe, Turning AV off/on, Firewall On/Off, Deleting files and folders, Reset my router, ect... I have the exact same problem on my Main PC and Laptop. If anyone has seen a Magic fix, please let me know.

    Sorry for the late response. If the above steps did not work, let's try another troubleshooting step. You can try the suggestion by Linley Meslier above and see if it will resolve the issue. If not, try resetting Windows Store cache. Follow the steps below:

    • Click on Cortana.
    • Type WSreset.exe, then click it.
    • The Store app and a command prompt will open without any messages and it will automatically close when the process is done.
    • Restart the computer.

    After doing the steps, try running Windows Store again and see if you can do an update.
