    Unable to use EDD on WINDOWS 10


    Using Windows 10Trying to use Samsung M3 Portable 1TB EDDdevice is visible when i plug it in at the right hand corner 'safely remove hardware' icon Device is visible at control panel -> devices and printers Device is visible at devmgmt.msc -> disk drives Properties says 'this device is working properly' Troubleshooting says 'couldn't identify the problem' But the Device does not appear in My PC or anywhere in File explorer I am unable to open the drive or view the files Please help!

    • Click OK

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
