Unable to use Live Captions in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese languages

I'm unable to use Live Captions on any Windows 11 PCs running in the Korean, Chinese, or Japanese languages. Whenever I try to start Live Captions while using these languages, the feature immediately terminates.

This is a bug, it's supposed to work on Windows 11.

Not a good look for Windows.

Can't add Language in Windows 11 Live Captions

Hello, and thank you for helping out, but unfortunately the solution you have given me did not solve my problem, as i have installed both Japanese and Chinese Simplified and have all three options installed, i still do not know how to change the language input for Live Captions. It is still only currently taking in English Audio.

Asian (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) metadata with CDs

I sometimes get CDs that have metadata in Asian (Japanese, Korean, Chinese) characters. How can I correct this without keying in every sone title? And even if I do enter the song titles manually, they will get replaced if I rip the CD. I am using Windows Media Player Version 11.2312.7.0.
