Windows 10: Unable to use my installation code after an unsuccessful install of MFS2020 Premium Deluxe...

I purchased a digital license for the Premium Deluxe Edition of FS2020 from a physical store.

I redeemed the code to the MS Store and then downloaded the application to my laptop.

While the app was being installed I saw a warning on my screen saying that my pc did not meet the minimum requirements and the installation was cancelled.

I tried uninstalling the application from the windows settings-app removal but the application was not there so it could to be uninstalled.

I then tried to install the application on my desktop that meets the minimum requirements.

I went to the MS Store and tried to download it again but I get the message that my License code has already been redeemed therefore I cannot download the app.

How can I claim my license back since:

a the installation was not successful

b the product was never used


Under my MS account it shows the code has been redeemed for the product I never installed or used.


Any suggestions or ideas will be welcomed.

MICROSOFT FLIGHT SIMULATOR 2020 MISSING CONTENT OF PREMIUM DELUXE

i install the game from a DVD and i redeem the activation code of premium deluxe version of the DVD.

but The game installed its the standard version.I payed 120 euros i bought the deluxe version and all the content is missing.

I have try everything i found here

but nothing at all.I PAYED THE PREMIUM DELUXE DVD VERSION AND MICROSOFT GIVED TO ME THE STANDARD VERSION

Unable to install any OS

Hi guys, I'm unable to install any OS. I tried ubuntu and got input/output error, tried installing window 7 error 0x80000010.

Downloaded iso's of both again and again still same result. Got a new SSD still the same, tried a different usb still the same.

I'm fed up, have been trying since the past 1 month still am unable to install.
I've listed my specs in my profile.

PS Have even tried/changed my ram.
Where the pug is the problem ?

I have been using live usb to work on computer for now but I need a permanent OS.

 

FS2020 Premium DeLuxe not workin

I was able to find this information from the Microsoft FS2020 website that I believe is very similar to what your problem is. Go to the link below, once you are on the webpage, go to "180159: Steam Premium Deluxe Content Missing [SOLVED]"

Microsoft Flight Simulator Known Issues Tracker - Microsoft Flight Simulator

Follow the suggested steps there and check if your Premium Content is now loading for you. It's best to do a restart of your computer once you have downloaded/installed your premium content.
