Windows 10: Unable to use the mic of Infinity Glide 500

I recently purchased an Infinity Glide 500, and when I connect it to my PC, via bluetooth, the headphones appear as two devices - 1 Headphones infinity glide 500 2 Headset Infinity glide 500 Hands Free AG audioI am unable to use headset option, which prevents me from using my mic .In apps such as Discord, Teams, if I put up the headset device no 2 as my input and output device, it doesnt work, but if I put the headphones device no 1 as my output and my webcam as my input it works flawlessly.I was hoping if someone can help me fix this issue

The next step is what I suggested originally. Try it in a friend's PC or take it to Best Buy and ask them to try it one of their PC's. Have to confirm the mic is working OK.

• Have you installed all the pending updates on the computer?
  
• Are you facing any performance issues with other apps apart from Infinity Slots?
  

Let us try these steps to check if that makes any difference.

Step 1: Suggest you to run the apps troubleshooter on the PC to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.

Step: 2: Further, you may also put the PC in a
clean boot state to check if that helps. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Note: Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

I would also suggest you to check with the game developer

(URGENT) bluetooth headset with sound present but mic not working, need help urgently for my meetings.

I got Infinity Glide 120 earphones to ease my work from home problems. I connected it to my WINDOWS 8.1 PC, which got connected as headphones instead of headset. I can hear the sound, but can't use my mic. The earphones work perfectly with my mobile phone,
the mic is working normally in my phone but in my PC, I can see it connected as 'headphones' instead of 'headset', the latter is grayed out. I tried removing-reinstalling bluetooth and such drivers to no avail, please help me with this issue as I need to urgently
use these earphones for my meetings.
