Windows 10: Unable to Use Widgets

I purchased a new laptop yesterday, so this is my first time using Windows 11. I would like to view the widgets. However, if I either double click on the widgets icon on taskbar, or use windows key + W, I always get the same result. The Widgets box will flash briefly on the desktop, and then disappear. It never stays on long enough for me to view it. Any idea what could be causing this? I am also having the same problem with the Facebook Messenger app. Thank you.

Unable to see 'contacts widget' on homescreen - N8

Hi all,



When I turned my phone on today (N8), the contacts widget was not on my home screen, as before. Instead there was just a blank area. When I click on this area, it gives me the optin to remove, so as to suggest that there is a widget there. When I remove
it and then select fav contacts widget in the widget list, there is just a blank area again.



I did sync my contacts and back up last night...



Can anyone be of help?

How to get back Send Photos to PC Widget?

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



I understand that you are unable to find the Send Photos to PC Widget. You may refer the steps mentioned below and see if you get the option to add the Widget back:

1. On the Home screen, click on
   Launcher settings.
   
2. Scroll down and click on Your Feed.
   
3. Click on Glance.
   
4. Click on Add Widget and add the widget.
   

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and re-installing the Microsoft Launcher and see if that helps.
