    Unable to verify my account and regain access to it


    I have a second account that I am using from hotmail and at some point there was a message that someone tried to enter and use it. So the account kicked me out and start asking for verification. It lead me in the process of multiple questions regarding my profile and email account. Although I have answered them it doesn´t allow me to enter. It seems that the verification is not moving forward. What can I do? I have important emails that I am expecting in this account and I really need my access to it. Please some help!!

    Unable to verify account on new laptop

    A neighbour has lent me her brand new laptop because she wasn't able to log in. For some reason she didn't get the login info.

    I have formatted the machine (this had two advantages: 1. Sure way to get rid of any OEM junk, 2. could set up the account how we wanted).

    Unfortunately I am unable to verify the account because its keeps wanting to use a secondary email address thats not listed on the MS account page (she no longer has access to it).

    How can I verify the account?

    Hello everyone,

    I am facing a challenging issue that I hope someone can help me with. Recently, there was a Windows update that seems to have disabled a login option(pin) that I used to rely on. To make matters worse, I've unfortunately forgotten the password for my user account.

    I attempted to use the backup recovery method, which is to receive a verification code on my phone. However, I am not receiving any codes, and I have verified that my phone can receive other messages, so it seems like the issue is specifically with the Microsoft account recovery process.

    Does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how to regain access to my account without losing any data? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.
