Windows 10: Unable to view Microsoft transcript

Hi, I'm currently passed the Exam SC100 Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect. But I don't see Sc100 certificate appear in Active certifications. Its only appear in passed exam. I would like to download the transcript of it. Can you help me to figure it out or where can I download it? Many ThanksThamolwan

Unable to view Microsoft transcript

Hello,

I've taken the AZ-104: Azure Administrator exam in March and I've failed. After the exam, I was directed to the Transcript from the Microsoft dashboard to view more details about the exam results. When I've tried to access the Transcript, a blank page have opened. I've tried several times from different browsers with or without an incognito window, the result was the same, I was unable to access the Transcript page.

Can you please help me with this issue and why I can't see the Transcript page.

MICROSOFT AGENT CHAT SESSION.

To my knowledge the CHAT TRANSCRIPT is not AUTOMATICALLY Downloaded and Saved to your COMPUTER.

You have to INVOKE this action yourself.

• When you use it next have a look in the CHAT SESSION WINDOW if it has the OPTION to SAVE THE CHAT to your COMPUTER.

If the above option does not exist .

• I would use COPY and PASTE to a NOTE PAD or TEXT DOCUMENT and save it.

• Use the SNIPPING TOOL in WINDOWS 7 to capture the screen.

If you use the SNIPPING TOOL read its instructions.

Start SNIPPING TOOLS.

You will see a WHITE ? MARK in a small BLUE CIRCLE.

• Take a SCREEN CAPTURE of the DESKTOP while the SESSION is OPEN.

WINDOW 7 has the ability.
