unable to unlock taskbar. I want to drag and many double size so that I can see all files opened. Microsoft is cheating ..bill gates Anyways

Suggest you try simply dragging the taskbar with e.g. that command as a first step.

Then (and I don't know quite how you'd make use of it):

I suggest you to follow the below steps to resize the taskbar and check if it helps.

1. Right-click an empty area on the taskbar. If Lock the taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. Unlock it by clicking Lock the taskbar, which removes the check mark.

2. Point to the edge of the taskbar until the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow‍‍ Picture of an arrow that indicates the taskbar is ready to be resized, and then drag the border to make the taskbar the size you want.

If you want to increase the size of the taskbar icons then you need to increase the screen resolution and check fi it helps.

My Taskbar doubled in size! Help!

Strange thing to have the taskbar switch to the right. But rest assured, you can resize the taskbar by right-clicking a blank area on the taskbar, then click "Lock the taskbar" in the context menu, when checked. The taskbar should now be unlocked. Hover over
to the top edge of the taskbar, and hold the left mouse button, then drag it downward until you get it back to the right size. You can then relock the taskbar by right-clicking a blank space on the taskbar again, then click "Lock the taskbar".
