Unable to create Family Group

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

Hello Lee Wilfert,

Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

Create contact group

Hi Suzy,

To narrow down your concern in creating a contact group, we would like to know the following:

• Are you getting any error messages in creating a contact group? If yes, what is the error?
• When did the issue first begin?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far to resolve this?

Group messaging in 6070

Not sure if this is the same as the handsets I've seen... but it's worth suggesting...

If you go into contacts, can you create groups? (family/VIP/business/other etc?)

Once you go into select recipients - can you scroll across to the groups list and select from those too?
