Nokia Music+ subscription is paid and accepted by bank, however in the app I see "Payment is refused, please update"

I am using Music+ already for about 3 months, but recently I got an error message in the apps for W8 & WP8 stating that the payment was refused by bank and it needs to be updated, however in my bank report as well as in Nokia account I see these payments
being successfully processed.



Can you please be so kind to help with the suggestion?

• Is this the first time your facing this issue?
• Did you contact your bank, like the message suggests?

I suggest you to retype your debit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that aren't numbers and also verify that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct. If you are using a new payment
option, verify that it has been activated.
