Windows 10: Unauthorized control connections to my laptop. Also unauthorized and unlicensed windows 11...

My laptop and phone are being controlled by an unauthorized third party. It's as though my OS for both have been cloned. I took it in to be 'repaired' nd got it back with an unlicensed windows 11 and too many days had passed for me to uninstall.They some how have group policy control and have only 'given me access' to a partitioned section of my laptop. My laptop is somehow linked to this third party but I'm unable to source the connection.I really want to get rid of this third party control. I tried resetting my pc but this didn't work.What can I do to get my windows 10 home edition digital

Unauthorized access

I'm getting barrage of unauthorized access blocked--usually seems data collector. I understand it's anti-ransomware and folder control feature. I have seen suggestions here to solve by turning off the control. How can that be safe if ransomware protection
is intended?

 

Cant connect to Android phone using adb (adb device unauthorized)

I can't connect my nexus 5 using adb and to laptop (windows 10 B:10586)

Working on it like more that 10 hours.

Tested lots of google adb driver, even adb-setup-1.4.3 (adb auto setup by xda)

Revoking usd debugginh. also not worked.

Even removed .android from %userprofile%

It is working on other laptop using auto adb setup.

/data/adb is empty.

No confirm dialog will appear.

Tested using different usb connection method (charging,mtp,ptp,midi)

Nexus 5 Android :6.0.1 , Rooted , Unlock bootloader ,Build Number:MMB29v, Baseband version M8974A-2.0.50.2.28

I guess adb rsa key signature is not cleaned well (from phone or windows) otherwise phone rsa confirmation request is working using different laptop.

 

Windows 10 Home - "Unauthorized changes blocked"

I'm using Windows 10 x64 Home on an HP laptop - Suddenly, I can no longer download photos from my SD card using the port on my laptop and my Photoshop Elements 15 - I get the following messages:

Unauthorized changes blocked

Controlled Folder Access blocked C:\...\PhotoDownloader...from making changes to the folder %userprofil...\$test$

Or:

Unauthorized changes blocked

Controlled Folder Access blocked C:\...\PhotoshopElement...from making changes to the folder %userprofile%\Documents

I want to use Photoshop in order to rename each photo as I download and I'm afraid this is completely blocking my use of Photoshop at all

I'm not computer literate so any help you can give needs to be in detailed, step by step format.
