Windows 10: Unauthorized guest access blocked when trying to share a files between two computers

I am trying to share files between two computers on the same private Verizon WIFI network. One is Windows 11 Home and the other Windows 11 Professional. When I try to access the computer through File Explorer, I enter my admin credentials and receive the following error "You can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthorized guest access."

Using an older program, Paint Shop Pro 7, trying to save a photo to a new location such as the desktop or a library I am not allowed, and get this message.

I am trying to save this file yet the message seems to suggest I am searching for it!

 

You can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthenticated guest access.

I have updated to windows 10, version 2004. Now on accessing shared folder I'm getting message "You can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthenticated guest access. These policies help protect your PC
from unsafe or malicious devices on the network"

But workaround given in above support article not working for me.

I'm still getting the same error. Please let me know what other steps can be taken to get access again.

The Unauthorized changes blocked notification - Controlled folder access blocked - does not provide the complete address of the file location. That is, sometimes I see ...... and can not find the file. How can I expand the file location address in the
Notification section on my computer? Thanks
