  1. Unavailable pin on new computer

I updated my microsoft alternate email because i dont have access to it. Un knowing that microsoft would make the pin unavailable on the brand new computer i had just set up a day earlier. I cant seem to set up a local account to log into because the comand prompt says the c drive is locked by bitlocker and only sends me to the x drive. Microsoft says im screewgied for 30 days till i can reset the pin. Is there a way to login to this computer. I would have never set up a pin in the dirst place if i thought this was an option. Every piece of information i need to reset this computer or pin

    :)

    Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

    Suggestions?.

    PIN is unavailable

After I changed msconfig to reboot into safe mode, I have stuck on login screen. I have 'PIN unavailable, set new PIN' message, but setting new pin does not work. Actually, clickin it even tries to open ms store to look for an app sometimes... of course that also does not work in any way. I enabled administrator - not showing. I reset ngc - no help. Moved that folder only to see empty login wallpaper. Changed MS account password, no effect whatsoever. What else can I do? Please help me guys... CMD shows Windows version 10.0.19041.631
