Windows 10: Unbearable FPS Stuttering Resident Evil 2 Remake From Xbox Game Pass

So, here's the thing: 2 days ago, Resident Evil 2 Remake became available in Xbox Game Pass on PC, I downloaded it to play it, and there was a lot of FPS Stuttering like 300 FPS dropping to 20 FPS in a one or half a second and then back to 300 FPS and it was doing it every 3-4 secs, my PC specs are 3080 12GB NVIDIA GPU, i7-11700K Intel CPU, 32GB RAM. Of course, I did some research on my own and it seems that Resident Evil 2 Remake has Problems with DirectX12, but it was working smoothly with DirectX11, so I was trying to change the DirectX12 to 11 only to learn you can't do that in Xbox Ga

Game stutters when NOT recording with Xbox app

when I play League of Legends, the game stutters every other seconds, but the FPS shown in the game is normal at 60.

I have tried disabling Xbox Game DVR but the problem still persisted.

It only stops stuttering when I start recording the game via Xbox app.

Does anyone else have this problem or has any suggestions to solving this problem?

Resident Evil - Nemesis (PS + GC)
Resident Evil - Code Veronica (DreamCast)
Resident Evil - Code Veronica X (PS2)
Resident Evil 4 (PS2 + GC)

IMHO, the Resident Evil game franchise is the best around.

PS: Ive also played the Resident Evil 5 demo on the 360 and its gonna me awesome *Rockout :rockout:

PPS: I thought the movies were piss poor becaus ethey wer in no way like the games *Frown But Resident Evil - Degeneration (the new CGI movie) is great *Smile
