Windows 10: Unble to log in on my computer

Hello, I have been trying to log in to my computer since yesterday but was unable. My password is correct but says wrong password and I have tried the ctr key shift and click on restart but nothing pops up. And I also clicked on forgot password and a code was suppose to be sent to my email but I didn't receive any code either. Don't what his wrong cos have tried several ways I still get stuck. Pls how can i fix this? Thanks

For some reason i am unble to log into my microsoft account on windows 10. It says, please try again later.

from last 45 days i am unble send receive mails from my configured mailing accounts.

 

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
