Windows 10: Unblock outbound DCC from mIRC?

Discus and support Unblock outbound DCC from mIRC? in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I can't do DCC send from mIRC, but DCC *receive* works.     Unblock outbound DCC from mIRC?


    I can't do DCC send from mIRC, but DCC *receive* works. How do I unblock outbound DCC for mIRC in Windows 10 pro x64?

    Mirc not listed in allowed programs in win 10 firewall (Mcafee).

    I have brand new Lenovo with Windows 10 (Win 10 sucks btw). I am reinstalling all my paid for programs, including Mirc. Mirc will not connect. It is not listed in the allowed progs in the firewall. Win 10 offers no way to allow programs, I can't find a
    way. I disabled McAfee and tried my Avira. That just shows Windows firewall is working through Avira, but still no way to allow Mirc. Can anyone help? Did I mention Windows 10 sucks?

    unblock the publisher

    Hi,

    Based on the error message that you are getting, you can unblock a software by following the steps below:

    • Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button.
    • Click Internet Options.
    • Go to the Content tab, look under the Certificates section.
    • Click on Publishers button.
    • Select the Untrusted Publishers tab.
    • Select the publisher you wish to unblock and click the Remove button.
