Windows 10: "Unblock Wireless Display Device" Not Working

Hello,I wanted to project my one laptop Dell display on to another laptop HP. Both are running Windows 11 23H2. Previously I have done this and was working fine. Unfortunately I clicked on 'always block' instead of 'always allow' option when the notification came to "allow this device". I have already tried these things to unblock the Dell laptop on my HP laptop.1. Opening Wireless Display setting using Ctrl+S and removing the Dell laptop from Blocked Devices. It didn't work out.2. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the wireless display from Optional Features. Again it is not working.I am

Project connect to wireless device issue

Thanks for this suggestion; it's made me realise that I think it might be a problem with my tv after all, because now it won't come up anymore in the list of devices. I better check out some help for this tv; maybe something got turned off by mistake.
