Trying to restart backend

When charging with Nokia Battery Monitor3 A white box appears with the message "Trying to restart backend".

What does it mean?

 

registering to developer account

I think the services are down. I'm trying to register an account as well but the payment just fails every time. One of the lengthy error I received suggest something messing up in the backend of this service. The more annoying part is that we cannot contact
support (like the button suggests) because the account can't be recognized as we have not registered as developers yet.

Hi Muhammadawais3 ... what are you referring to as your backend?

In server 2012 R2 if you to go server manager then click local server you should the option to enable Remote desktop.

When you remote desktop into a machine only one connection can be connected at a time unless you set up remote desktop server and licensing.
