    Uncontrollable input on Windows menu

Hello guys, long story short, after i updated my Windows build 5 or 6 months ago, whenever I play a game with a wired Xbox one controller, AFTER i disconnect the controller, W10 menus start to scroll uncontrollably, and it only resolves if I restart the PC, but returns after I use and disconnect the xbox controller.

Someone has any ideia? Here's an example, sorry for the portuguese menu. Issue does not affect any other thing besides Windows menus and UWP apps.

    Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
    What do you think?

    Scrolling uncontrollable

Scrolling has gone haywire on my PC. Lists scroll uncontrollably. No button on my mouse has any effect. It does not work on this page. I have Windows 10 but I cannot select that version below because the drop down menus do not work. The menu flickers
on but disappears before I can click on an item. I have to type in a letter to see if something is available.
