Windows 10: Uncontrollable Zoom Out in every app

My pc keeps zooming out any app i open usually stops at 25-30% and it’s making it impossible to work on my computer. it’s also just hitting empty keys on its own because when i click the start button it automatically tries searching in the task bar but the task bar doesn’t show any text. i’ve unplugged the keyboard and mouse and it still does this. restarting does nothing.

Please follow the below steps and check if that helps.

Step 1 : Open windows
Control Panel, open Touchpad, select the Clickpad settings tab and then click on the
'Clickpad settings' button. You should now be able to disable
'Pinch zoom' by removing the checkmark. Click Apply and Ok to save the setting.


Step 2 : Open windows Control Panel, open
Touchpad, select the Clickpad settings tab and then click
Wheel and then select the settings accordingly.

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.

Windows 10 touchpad is zooming uncontrolably

On Windows 10, I am having uncontrolled zooming in and out that is driving me crazy. I use the touch pad, not a mouse. I've tried to figure out what I am doing to make it happen. I cannot duplicate it. It happens by complete surprise (and annoyance).
It will show concentric circles around the pointer arrow, then jump larger or smaller by at least two jumps. Is there a way to change this in the touch pad settings? Or can someone offer any help?
