Windows 10: Undervolting cpu when running certain applications

Hi

I would like to know is there any way to undervolt cpu when i run certain application

For example

When i am opening gta 5 the cpu should be undervolted and after exiting the cpu should be back to normal

I am using intel xtu

Here is a method that run intel xtu automatically after boot. Can anyone who is expert in this topic can rewrite this code and make this as i want

Undervolting CPU

Well, I thought I saw a guide to undervolting somewhere, but now I can't find it. Anyway, how do I undervolt my CPU? I mean I've already tried, went into bios and set the CPU Voltage at 1.275v, however the CPU is still running at 1.325v for some reason. Does it have anything to do with C1E, etcetra?
