Windows 10: Undesired underlining of words the cursor is currently on when switching language keyboards

Hi,I just recently added a keyboard option for Vietnamese and something that's been annoying me is that whenever I'm typing out a word there are these underline marks that show up visually the pic I showed above is an example when I type in firefox but the same happens for every different program I type in. They disappear when I hit space or click out, so I believe it's supposed to be some visual aid to help typing, but it's been very annoying for me and I'd prefer to not have it. This only happens when I switch to typing on the Vietnamese keyboard but when I switch back to my English keyboar

Using word flow keyboard with not supported foreign language

Using word flow keyboard for fast typing with many foreign languages is impossible. But there is a workaround to use word flow features to create keyboard macros (custom dictionary) for not supported
language. Here is the steps how to do this:

A.

1. Switch to your language
(Bulgarian in my case) and type the desired word, for example
клавиатура (“keyboard” in Bulgarian).

2. Tap the word to select it.

3. Switch to English and you will see typed word just above the keyboard preceeded by a plus (+клавиатура) and tap on it in order to add it to custom dictionary.

4. When writing text in your language, enter the first letter and switch to English. Just above the keyboard you will see a list of words starting with this letter. If you want to shorten the list, enter
two or more letters before switching to English.

5. Select the word from list by tapping it.

B.

1. Open Contacts and create a new entry – for example, enter in the name field the word “keyboard” in Bulgarian клавиатура (or
any word in language you prefer). In the same field you can enter more words starting with the same letter, for example клавиш (key), капачка (cap) etc.
Add a space and period (.) after the last word, otherwise it will not be used in dictionary.

2. When writing text in your language (Bulgarian in my case), enter the first letter
and switch to English. Just above the keyboard you will see a list of words you’ve entered in step 1. (and any names starting with this letter from your contacts, if you have any). If you want to shorten the list, enter two or more letters before
switching to English.

3. Select the word from list by tapping it.

This way you can speed up typing of common used (long) words in your language.

 

Microsoft word keeps randomly switching the language to French when it obviously isn't French.

This has happened on a few occasions, when the randomly detected language has abruptly, randomly been switched from English to French without a change in the keyboard or even an apparent change in the lexicon. As a result I get most of the words in a sentence underlined with red telling me they're not French words and a handful of words not underlined, even though they're obviously English words.

I appreciate your effort on this. I understand that you see Norwegian keyboard when you switch between the input languages. As you have checked the installed keyboard languages using PowerShell and didn’t find the keyboard language, I suggest you to
refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned below and see if you are able to find the keyboard language:

1. Press Windows key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type lpksetup and click on
   OK.
   
3. Click on Uninstall display languages.
   
4. If you find Norwegian keyboard listed, click on it and click on
   Next.
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the language pack.
