    I had the same issue as this person. My brand new keyboard has a spamming problem, it is especially annoying when I go to CTRL+V something or make a capital letter and IIIIIIIIII end up with lot of them.and I followed the advice to paste this into my Notepad:1. Press the Windows + Q keys, type and click on Notepad;2.     how to open registry editor?

    The registry editor is not something to fool around with if you don't know what you're doing. You can easily render your installation of Windows inoperative.

    There is no "undo" feature in the registry; changes may take immediate effect.

    Before making any changes to the registry, you should back up the registry and/or create a System Restore Point and/or create a system image.

    You can start the registry editor by clicking the Start button, typing regedit in the Search box, and pressing Enter.

    I HAD TO DO A CLEAN INSTALL STARTING W/MICSOFT 7 PRO. ALSO HAD TO DO A LOT OF FINGER CROSSING!

    AND WHEN IT UPDATES IT WENT TO THE NEW VERSION OF WINDOWS 10. 1511_10586.71 INSTEAD OF THE BUILD 10586.0. 10586.0 WAS THE BUILD THAT HAD THE REGISTRY EDITOR FLAW.
