    undo install disk?


    Team I made a terrible mistake. I wanted to create a Windows 10 Installation media so downloaded it to my external drive since it had plenty of remaining. I did not realize the installation media download would wipe the whole disk and totally overrwrite the whole disk...which just happened to be my storage drive of all my family pictures for the past 20 years.Is there any way to get them back?

    Steam does not install from disk?!?!

    no you're doing steps 1 and 2 wrong. steam creates the directory, you stop steam and then you install the game from the disk to that directory.

    also steam must be off, not in offline mode but off, aka no steam services in the task manager when you install the game.

    diskpart doesn't show disk

    Hey,

    I am trying to install Win10 on a mac book air.

    However the diskpart does not list the disk even after reformatting the partition as NTFS per suggestion.

    read through this solution but cannot move to step 1 listed in the solution by Ivan as that disk doesn't see that partition it was just able to reformat.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
