Windows 10: Undoing changes made to your computer which then goes into a black screen with an elongated...

So I left my pc on update and shutdown, and when I opened it the next day it came up with 'undoing changes made to your computer' and after 3-5 mins it goes to a completely black screen where I can only see the cursor with is slightly elongated at the bottom. I've tried opening the advanced repair to do a secure reboot I think it was called or just do anything but I can't tell if that screen even shows up because it's just back and also the 'undoing changes made' always comes up before the black screen. I have managed to open the thing where you hold f8 when you turn on your computer, into 'en

Have Lenovo Ideapad 100s. After trying to update windows 10 to 1903 far as I remember it went to black screen saying "Undoing changes made to your computer... Nothing helps to abandon this stuck screen. Consequently, windows makes reboot attempts but
over again goes back to the same black screen reading ”Undoing changes made to your computer...

Tried hard shut down to enter the safe mode but nothing ever helps.

Please advise how to fix the issue.
