Windows 10: Undoing changes to your computer, then blue screen nothing is working

I’m having a problem where I was going to update to windows 11 and it got to the start up part but than it said “undoing changes made to your computer” I don’t mind if I go back to windows 10 I’m fine with that. But then I puts a blue screen that says “ failed NFTS.sys” and I’ve even tried everything to fix it by going into bios changing things there. I even tried to run it in safe mode but my F8 isn’t working I’ve even did the Shift+F8. I also cleared the bios to see what will happen. I also turned off and on my computer 3 times to get the recovery but that also didn’t work. I really need thi

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
