Windows 10: Undoing Cmd on Ease of Access

I have recently seen a post stating that there is no possible way to undo ease of access when you replace it with cmd ?.why is that so? I'll discuss things for those who are interested to ask. The Ease of Access section in the Control Panel contains links that will help you make changes to your computer settings so that pages are easier to see and use with a mouse or keyboard. Changes made
to the computer settings will be remembered so that next time you log in the computer will be easier to use.

• What item on the ease of access do you want to enable or disable?

After "Region+Language" , i have "Speech" menu and nothing else Betwwen then, i don't have the Ease of access Menu in the list !!!!

 

how to disable ease of access?

Hello there, I'm using window 7 and I tried to open the command prompt using 'Windows sign +R', or searching 'cmd' ... etc. But this shortcut /keyboard combination/ cmd, is given to 'ease of access'. I checked it in the system32 . There is
no cmd.exe. There is 'cmd' which is 'ease of access'. Do anybody can help please? Thanks !
