Windows 10: Unexpected Authentication Challenge

Microsoft is the worst company on this planet, right next to Google and Amazon. The fact that I *cannot* get someone on the phone, ever, for my technical problems, and it only directs me to look it up online, is unacceptable. Microsoft's community forums and general troubleshooting pages, understandably, do not have answers for my issues. I need to be able to get someone on the phone for troubleshooting assistance that isn't a robot and an endless loop of, "Sorry, you're f*****; visit us online."I have tried different browsers. I have tried clearing data and cookies. I already called AT&T-

There are many possible reasons why you are experiencing issues with Microsoft Sudoku Daily Challenges. It is possible that the app needs an update or an error with the in-game server. To properly isolate your concern, please provide us the following information:

• Did the issue start after an update?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
• Does the same issue occur on your other apps?

How To Create Two Factor Authentication for Remote Desktop

Hello artmanphoto, are you using the built in remote software that comes with windows 10 ?
I too use remote software, so can i suggest you change to one of the following.
Because the remote software that comes with windows is very insecure.

Anydesk
To use 2 step authenticator with anydesk go here

Teamviewer
To use 2 step authenticator with teamviewer go here


Splashtop
To use 2 step authenticator with splashtop go here


Radmin
Does not have 2 step authentication as far as i know.
But it does have IP Filter, very high security.

All 4 have very high security,
Anydesk, Splashtop & teamviewer all have so you can add two factor authentication with google authenticator.
Personally i prefer radmin
