Windows 10: Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap ntoskrnl.exe

Hello, I have been getting this bluescreen crash for the last couple days and in bluescreenviewer it says it is caused by ntoskrnl.exe driver.I have tried a few things from other posts online like updating drivers but it still persists. It usually crashes while gaming, mainly black ops 6 so far and can be anywhere in between half an hour to 6 or more hours till it crashes again.
