  1. Unexpected restart on new computer - help with diagnosing problem with dump file

Hi, I recently purchased an Azure 2 from Best Buy that is a skytech desktop with i5-13600K and RTX 4080 Gigabyte Eagle. It had an unexpected restart by itself which showed up as a critical error in event viewer. I'm not sure if it was a driver issue, a software issue, or just my outlet, so i've switched to a new outlet and reset windows while keeping files to be safe.I wanted to confirm that this isn't a problem with the device in case its defective. Dump file from reboot is found in link below, and text from analysis is at bottom of email.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p5RLn-7ss_uG40EX

  2. Reason for the mini dump folder was created empty while unexpected reboot.

The MiniDump folder is created when a system experiences a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) or unexpected shutdown. This folder contains a small memory dump file which can be used to diagnose the cause of the system failure.

If the MiniDump folder was created but is empty after an unexpected reboot, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

    1. The system did not have enough time to create a memory dump file before the reboot occurred. This can happen if the system shuts down suddenly or if the memory dump file creation is interrupted.
    2. The MiniDump folder was deleted or corrupted. It's possible that a third-party program or a malware infection may have deleted or corrupted the contents of the folder.
    3. The system is not configured to create a memory dump file. It's possible that the system is not configured to create a memory dump file when a BSOD or unexpected shutdown occurs. In this case, you'll need to enable the creation of memory dump files by following these steps:
    • Right-click on "This PC" and select "Properties".
    • Click on "Advanced system settings" on the left-hand side of the window.
    • Click on the "Advanced" tab and then click on "Settings" under "Startup and Recovery".
    • Under "System failure", make sure that "Write an event to the system log" and "Automatically restart" are unchecked, and that "Small memory dump (256 KB)" is selected from the drop-down menu under "Write debugging information".
    • Click on "OK" to save the changes.
Once you've enabled the creation of memory dump files, the next time the system experiences a BSOD or unexpected shutdown, a MiniDump file should be created in the MiniDump folder.

Unexpected restart on new computer - help with diagnosing problem with dump file

    Problems dumping

    Problems dumping mobility HD 4650

I am getting the error:BIOS reading not supported on this device. when I try to dump the bios or submit to online database with GPU-Z 0.3.5.

My computer is a Compal KHLB2 with a Mobility Radeon HD 4650.

What I am wondering is how this guy
    TechPowerUp
was able to dump his. Those are the exact same numbers and versions that GPU-Z shows on my computer.

I also tried dumping it using Winflash and Atiflash but they both said that it was invalid or unsupported, and when I tried to force dump, it saved a file of null bytes.

    Any comments or suggestions?
