Windows 10: Unexpected Windows 10 Crash

Now I was attending my Online class and my PC suddenly crashed, I wasn't running any sort of heavy work or any work which could crash my PC, since a few days we are getting news about windows 10 update version KB5001330 wrecking performance, so I uninstalled it 2-3 days before this crash, so most probably the update wasn't the problem.
Then when it crashed and started restarting, the place where everything is black around, 1 windows logo or the logo of the brand of PC/laptop on the top, basically the screen of the main boot screen, it said "Updating your system", I never saw that kind of Updating your system Message there, neither I installed any new BIOS, nor I installed anything, My Kaspersky Internet security is active so I am sure it isn't a virus or something, after that boot screen the original updating windows screen came up, then cleaning up thingy, and it again crashed, it restarted now fine, again the update screen original one came up and it finally booted up, but with a problem, now whenever I open the Check for Updates screen, it would show me a loading screen for no matter the time.


I don't know what's the problem, I even restarted the "Windows Update medic service" & "Windows update" service via services, still no result.
It was really weird overall, don't know what is the problem.

Also even after that update, nothing new is there, I checked installed updates and nothing new was there, neither the KB5001330, I don't even know what it did even updated.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

all games crash!

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
